Economist case competition
Every year the Economist hosts this competition. Each competing school will select three students who will collaborate to produce a detailed analysis and a 5 minute video to support an investment thesis.
I was part of the team of three representing the University of St. Thomas in the 2016 challenge.
The challenge was to evaluate an investment option: "Walmart vs Amazon: Which stock would you choose to invest in if you couldn’t sell it for a decade, and why?" Complete solution here
